TRIATHLON

We live and breathe triathlon at Level Up and we are keen and ready to help you get to your first finish line or level up your performance over any distance, whether it be a sprint distance triathlon or an ironman.

We individualise each program and can coach and support you every step of the way. From getting started to race day strategy. Local & virtual coaching with experienced coaches ready to go.

We have an awesome community of athletes that are keen to welcome you to the team and there's plenty of opportunities for group sessions via the Whatsapp team chat. 

RUNNING

Slash time off your PB with our running programs for 5km through to the ultra marathon distances. Improving your stride can help you get you faster and avoiding injury so line us up for a technique session, 1:1 and 2:1 available.

CYCLING

Let us help get you ready for your next cycling event from crit races, gravel to endurance events like peaks challenge. 

SWIMMING

Want to improve your swim? We offer swim programs as well as 1:1 or 2:1 technique sessions to get you swimming more efficiently and faster. 

GROUP SESSIONS

  • All group sessions $10 per casual session, or included in community/full membership
  • Run crew: October - March on Thursday nights 6pm Frankston High School track, 49 Baileyana St, Frankston South
  • Summer swimming: Nov - March on Wednesdays and Fridays 6am Frankston Pier (OWS) and pool
  • Winter swim squad: April - October on Wednesdays and Fridays 5.30am
  • Zwift ride: April - September Tuesday nights 6pm online
  • Saturday group ride

SWEAT TESTING

  • Athletes sweat different rates and amounts of sodium, when we don't replace enough in a training session or on race day we know about it, cramping! You only need one test, sodium content will not vary much for an individual.
  • Level up now offers sweat testing as a service to our athletes and anyone in the wider community who wants to nail their hydration plan.
  • Test session includes analysis and hydration strategy.

BIKE FITTING

  • Road, TT, gravel, commuter, a bike fit is the number one investment in your cycling.
  • Tom learned from the best in the business, Dr Mitch Anderson, and has been fitting for years with huge success.
  • Allow 2hr for fit appointment with possible follow-up 15min adjustment.
  • Wear cycling kit and bring cycling shoes.
